Cheese and Yogurt Flan Recipe

Quick and easy to prepare, this homemade cheese and yogurt flan will solve your dessert for a lunch or dinner with guests. You can accompany it with a little caramel or honey, or even with a raspberry jam and some nuts. There are multiple combinations for this dessert!

Ingredients to make Cheese and Yogurt Flan:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • 200 grams of fresh cheese
  • 65 grams of Sugar (⅓ cup)
  • 1 handful of Walnuts (to accompany)

How to make Cheese and Yogurt Flan:

  1. Prepare the ingredientsfor this cheese flan.
  2. The walnuts are only to accompany, you cannot put them or replace them with an orange jam or a homemade caramel. The cheese is of the Philadelphia type.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar, and then add the yogurt.
  4. We beat well with some rods. If you prefer, you can prepare your own homemade natural yogurt.
  5. Next we add the fresh cheeseand mix again with the rods.
  6. The mixture has to be homogeneous for the cheese and yogurt flan to be spectacular.
  7. That is all the preparation of this cheese dessert: now we fill the little glasses where we will cook the homemade flans in a bain-marie.
  8. When the bain-marie is finished, we will let the homemade flans cool before leaving them in the fridge for at least an hour.
  9. Serve the yogurt and cheese flan fordessert, for example behind a rice salad with salmon and avocado. Enjoy your meal!
