• 2 eggs

• 60 grams of fresh cheese

• 2 slices of bread

• 25 milliliters of skimmed milk

How to make Cheesy Egg Sandwich:

Mix the eggs with the milk. You can season the mixture with salt, pepper or garlic to taste. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a splash of vegetable oil and pour the egg preparation into it. Lower the heat to medium-low.

Add the two breads facing each other while the egg is not completely coagulated. As you will see, this egg sandwich is a bit different from the usual ones, but delicious and simpler! With the help of a spatula and still with medium-low heat, turn it over. Add the cheese cut into 2 portions, fold the outer edges of the egg over the bread and, in turn, one bread over the other, as indicated by the arrows in the image. Hold sandwich on 1 side for 1 minute or until bread is browned. When it browns, flip it over so it browns on the other loaf.
