• 60 grams of fresh cheese

• 2 slices of bread

• 25 milliliters of skimmed milk

Mix the eggs with the milk. You can season the mixture with salt, pepper or garlic to taste. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a splash of vegetable oil and pour the egg preparation into it. Lower the heat to medium-low.

With the help of a spatula and still with medium-low heat, turn it over.
