Ingredients to make Chayote and Coriander Cream:
- 2 pieces of Chayote
- 1 sprig of Coriander
- ½ liter of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- ½ liter of water
How to make Chayote and Cilantro Cream:
- Before starting, we make sure that we have all the ingredients ready and that we do not lack anything to make the chayote and cilantro cream.
- In a saucepan with water, place the previously washed chayote’s, add a little salt and let it boil over medium heat until the chayote’s are very soft to be able to use them later.
- We remove the seed from the chayote’s and cut them into about 4 pieces to make it easier to grind them, then we add them to the blender and put the milk, water, flour and coriander sprig, and blend until we have a homogeneous mixture .
