Ingredients to make Champurrado:

  1. 1 liter of milk
  2. 1 cinnamon stick
  3. 45 grams of Chocolate Tablet
  4. 90 grams of Piloncillo
  5. For the mass
  6. ½ cup of Corn Flour (60 grams)
  7. 1 cup of cold water

How to make Champurrado:

  • In a bowl, put the cornmeal and cold water and mix with the help of a balloon whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Booking.

  • Constantly move the champurrado for about 5 minutes to ensure that the dough is well cooked and we achieve a thick consistency. When the cooking is finished we can remove the cinnamon stick.
