- Garlic
- Chopped Serrano ham
- Thick béchamel sauce
How to make Stuffed and Battered Champi:
Clean the mushrooms, we remove the trunks and in one of the tapeless, we put a little salt, pepper, drops of oil, a little minced garlic, a little ham and a tablespoon of béchamel. Place the other txapela, on top of the béchamel, and press down a bit. Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in abundant, hot oil. Decorate with a border of béchamel.
