Champagne Ham Recipe

Ingredients to make Champagne Ham:

  1. 5 leg of ham without curing
  2. 2 oranges
  3. 500 ccs of champagne
  4. 50 ml of olive oil
  5. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Champagne Ham:

  • Put the leg of the ham in a container with the oranges cut into quarters.
  • Pour the champagne until covered and leave to rest for a minimum of four days.
  • Prepare a baking tray with oil and a little water.
  • Put the drained leg and place in the oven at 160º for approximately one hour.
