Champagne cocktail (cold duck)

Ingredients to make Champagne Cocktail (cold duck):

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 200 grams of crushed
  • 1 splash of juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 dessert spoons of Cognac
  • 2 dessert spoons of Kirsch
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Orange Bitter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 piece of champagne bottle

How to make Champagne Cocktail (cold duck):

  1. Put the strawberries in a container, add the lemon juice and the already squeezed lemon, the Cognac, the Kirsch, the Grand Marnier and the sugar and put the container in the fridge until it is going to be used.
  2. At the moment of preparing the cocktail itself, the lemon is squeezed again (previously squeezed), it is removed and the chilled champagne is added. The champagne cocktail(cold duck)  It is not recommended to put ice cubes in the cocktail since that liquefies the cocktail and makes it less rich.
