Cereal Bars Recipe

Ingredients to make cereal bars:

  • 250 grams of muesli
  • 50 grams of roasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of seed oil
  • 2 dessert spoons of dehydrated coconut
  • 25 milliliters of water

How to make Cereal Bars:

  1. Before making these energy bars, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Spread the dough on a previously oiled silicone mat.
  4. You should get a sheet of dough with a thickness of 1 cm.
  5. Then bake at 180º for 40 minutes until golden.
  6. As soon as the cereal dough comes out of the oven, press hard with a knife to form bars approximately 3 cm wide.
  7. Wait until the dough has cooled and is hard, cut with your hands by the marks, and enjoy the homemade cereal bars. Ideal to consume after exercising or as a snack.
  8. And if you want to prepare a complete energy breakfast, combine these bars with a lettuce detox juice or a papaya and amaranth smoothie
