- 250 grams of muesli
- 50 grams of roasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of seed oil
- 2 dessert spoons of dehydrated coconut
- 25 milliliters of water
How to make Cereal Bars:
- Before making these energy bars, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Spread the dough on a previously oiled silicone mat.
- You should get a sheet of dough with a thickness of 1 cm.
- Then bake at 180º for 40 minutes until golden.
- As soon as the cereal dough comes out of the oven, press hard with a knife to form bars approximately 3 cm wide.
- Wait until the dough has cooled and is hard, cut with your hands by the marks, and enjoy the homemade cereal bars. Ideal to consume after exercising or as a snack.
