Celery salad recipe to lose weight

If you are on a diet and want to lose weight, you will love this light celery and fruit salad.  Fresh and healthy, with a touch of citrus to help you lose weight, but without sacrificing maximum flavor.  we think of everything!

Ingredients to make celery salad to lose weight:

  • 1 bunch of Celery
  • 1 unit of Tangerine
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • ½ unit of Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of black olives
  • 1 dessert spoon of raisins
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make celery salad to lose weight:

Let’s see the ingredients for this celery salad to lose weight. We will combine the celery with tangerine and grape, as well as black olives and raisins. Of these last two ingredients we will control the quantities well, since they are somewhat caloric. We will season it with just a little extra virgin olive oil, and instead we will be generous with the lemon juice.  Above all, avoid resorting to soy sauces or balsamic oils, which contain sugar.

Wash the celery sticks and chop them. We do the same with the grape and add it to the salad plate, along with a teaspoon of raisins.

Peel the tangerine and add the segments to the celery salad, also chopped. Finally, we include in this healthy fruit salad a few black olives.

Add salt and pepper to the salad, water it with a little olive oil, and then add the juice of half a lemon. The slimming salad is ready. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled or baked fish, such as this baked tuna belly or this grilled salmon.
