Cava sangria

Ingredients to make cava sangria:

  • 1 bottle of raw cava
  • 1 chopped orange
  • 1 chopped peach
  • 2 small glasses of orange Fanta
  • 2 small glasses of lemon Fanta
  • ½ small glass of brandy
  • ½ small glass of Cointreau
  • 10 ice cubes

How to make cava sangria:

  1. Take a container to prepare the mixture and start the sangria by first introducing the fruit and ice cubes. Try to slice all the fruit in the same way.
  2. Then, add the orange Fanta, the lemon Fanta, the brandy and the Cointreau.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon so as not to alter the flavor of the sangria and add the cava, being careful not to generate too much foam.
  4. Finally, add the sugar and mix again to integrate it. This ingredient is not required, in fact I like it better without it, so you can remove it from the recipe if you prefer.

Serve the cava sangria very cold, in a glass jug and with the wooden spoon at the tip to prevent fruit from falling into the glasses.
