Ingredients to make broad beans Catalan style with sausage:
- 1 pinch of condiments
- 1 kilogram of small beans
- 300 grams of Bacon
- 2 units of black sausage
- 1 bunch of Chives
- 1 glass of sweet wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
How to make broad beans Catalan style with sausage:
1 Heat a clay pot with a little oil in the bottom and add the onions, cut into julienne strips, and two slices of bacon cut into small cubes.
2 Stir with a wooden spoon until lightly browned.
3 Peel one of the sausages, crumble it and put it in the pan.
4 Remove the sauce and add the broad beans, leaving them to lightly brown.
5 Add the glass of sweet wine, the other sausage, the bacon and the mint leaves.
6 Salt to taste and stir everything well with a wooden spoon.
7 We lower the heat and let it cook, over low heat, with the pan well covered, until the beans are very tender.
8 Remove the sausage and cut into slices.
9 Cut the bacon into strips and arrange on top of the beans along with the sausage slices.
