Castilian-style crabs recipe

Ingredients to make Spanish-style crabs:

  • 1 kg of crabs
  • 250 gr. crushed tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper
  • a little onion
  • some green pepper
  • 1 glass of brandy
  • Salt

How to make Spanish-style crabs:

  1. Chop the pepper and onion and let it brown in a little oil in a frying pan.
  2. Season, add the tomato.
  3. Let it cool a little, add the crabs, brandy and pepper.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
