Ingredients to make Castilian Cream:
- For 4 people:
- 4 heads of garlic
- 1dl extra virgin olive oil
- dry bread from the day before
- a liter of chicken broth
- 200 grams Serrano ham
- 4 eggs
- sweet paprika
- Salt
How to make Castilian Cream:
1. Preparation: Brown the garlic and then sauté the bread in the oil, add the sweet paprika without letting it burn, when it takes on color add the chicken broth, cook over low heat for half an hour.
2. Remove from heat, add two eggs and beat everything with a mixer until creamy.
3. Finally add a few cubes of ham.
4. Presentation: Present in a clay pot and drink very hot.
