Cassava Sticks Recipe

Ingredients to make yucca sticks:

• 1 kilo of cassava
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoons unsalted butter
• Wheat flour
• Oil for frying
• 1 teaspoon salt

How to make yucca sticks:
