Cassava Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Cassava Soup:

  • 1 unit of Cassava cooked
  • 3 cups of beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Cassava Soup:

1.The first step to make our yucca soup recipe is to pre-list the ingredients.

3.Once the ingredients of the yucca and the broth are integrated, take this mixture to a deep pot over medium heat.

6.Serve our yucca soup, in this case I wanted to add a little Venezuelan mojo, because this combination is perfect.
