Cassava andavocado salad recipe

  • 200 grams of Yucca
  • 4 units of avocado
  • 100 grams of white onion
  • 2 units of Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Cassava and Avocado Salad:

Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pot, cook the yucca, peeled and cut into pieces, about 45 minutes until soft. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the diced avocado, finely chopped onion, lemon juice and olive oil.
