Ingredients to make Carrot with beer:

  • 3 units of Carrot
  • 1 can of Peach in syrup
  • 1 can of beer

How to make Carrot with beer:

  2. Next, take the carrots to the blender together with the fruit and the syrup from the can. Grind everything for about 10 minutes or until the ingredients have been completely crushed. If you have a juice extractor you can use it with the carrot and then blend the result with the peaches.
  3. Finally, strain the smoothie a bit, this step is to taste, if you want a finer texture we recommend passing the blender mixture through a fine strainer a couple of times. Take to the fridge and keep until very cold.
  4. Serve the carrot smoothie in individual glasses, fill 3 quarters of the glass and complete the rest with beer. This homemade drink has a very peculiar and delicious sweet flavor, ideal to accompany some tapas such as stuffed mushrooms, chicken croquettes or the classic nachos gratin.
