Carrot Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Carrot Soup:

  • 1 kilogram of Carrot
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 units of Onion
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of fruit vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 liter of concentrated broth

How to make Carrot Soup:

  1. Scrape the carrots and cook them with the water and meat broth.
  2. When the carrots are tender, drain the water and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Apart we cut the onion and brown it in a pan with the oil, when the onion is transparent we add the carrots.
  4. In a cauldron, melt the butter and then add the flour to lightly toast it.
  5. Add the water from cooking the carrots. Then we pass it through the blender until everything is well liquefied.
  6. Finally add the vinegar and sugar and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  7. Apart we cut the onion and brown it in a pan with the oil, when the onion is transparent we add the carrots.

  9. Add the water from cooking the carrots.
  10. Then we pass it through the blender until everything is well liquefied.
