Ingredients to make Carrot Raisin Salad:

For 4 people:

  • 500 grams (1 pound) carrots
  • 80 grams of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lemon (the juice)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley.

How to make Carrot Raisin Salad:

Wash and scrape the carrots and cut into very thin strips. They are then put in a salad bowl along with the raisins. Add the soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and salt, stir everything very well. It is decorated with parsley.
