Carrot and raisin cake recipe

Ingredients to make Carrot Cake and Raisins:

  • 200 grams of grated carrot
  • 80 grams of raisins
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 125 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 units of Egg
  • 8 grams of Cinnamon powder
  • 70 milliliters of olive oil
  • 10 grams of Butter

How to make Carrot Cake and Raisins:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the cinnamon, carrot and olive oil, mix.
  3. Add the raisins, sift the flour with the baking powder and add little by little to the mixture. A smooth and homogeneous mixture should be obtained.
  4. Prepare a baking pan with butter and flour and pour the carrot cake mixture into it. Bake at 180° C. for 35 minutes.
  5. Let the carrot and raisin cake rest for a few minutes, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar to decorate if you wish. It can be eaten cold or warm
