Ingredients to make Carrot Cake and Raisins:
- 200 grams of grated carrot
- 80 grams of raisins
- 200 grams of flour
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 125 grams of brown sugar
- 3 units of Egg
- 8 grams of Cinnamon powder
- 70 milliliters of olive oil
- 10 grams of Butter
How to make Carrot Cake and Raisins:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the cinnamon, carrot and olive oil, mix.
- Add the raisins, sift the flour with the baking powder and add little by little to the mixture. A smooth and homogeneous mixture should be obtained.
- Prepare a baking pan with butter and flour and pour the carrot cake mixture into it. Bake at 180° C. for 35 minutes.
- Let the carrot and raisin cake rest for a few minutes, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar to decorate if you wish. It can be eaten cold or warm
