Ingredients to make Caramel Bonbons:

  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 35 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Caramel Bonbons:

  1. To prepare this recipe for caramel-filled chocolates, we will begin by gathering the ingredientsthat we are going to use.
  2. To make the caramel, place the sugar in a pot over medium heat and let it melt, stirring from time to time so that it does not burn.
  3. While we stir, add the liquid cream little by little and, when it is melted, add the butter.
  4. You have to cook the caramel for about 10-15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. Trick: Be careful when adding the milk cream, because like the sugar it will increase in volume.
  6. Then you have to melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave until it no longer has lumps.
  7. To do this, break the chocolate into several pieces so that it will be easier for you to melt it.
  8. Distribute about 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate in a chocolate mold
  9. This will be the outside of our chocolate and caramel bonbons.
  10.  We reserve them in the refrigerator for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until they are hard.
  11. Trick: Stick the cans on the counter to release the air bubbles.
