Cappuccino Cream Recipe

In this article we learn how to prepare a cappuccino cream with only four ingredients. A simple dessert to prepare, with few calories and with a pleasant coffee flavor, do you dare to make it at home?

Ingredients to make Cappuccino Cream:

  • 1 liter of soy milk
  • 8 tablespoons of soluble cappuccino mix
  • 60 milliliters of liquid caramel
  • 5 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • Three chocolate balls to decorate

How to make Cappuccino Cream:

  1. We put the neutral gelatin leaves to hydratein a bowl with cold water.
  2. In a casserole we put the soy milk and heat it. We remove from time to time to avoid sticking.
  3. Tip: If you want a creamier dessert, replace part of the soy milk with whipping cream.
  4. When the milk begins to smoke and before it starts to boil, add the tablespoons of cappuccino preparation and stir well with the whisk so that it dissolves completely.
  5. Next, add the liquid caramelwhile stirring to prevent it from settling on the bottom and the cappuccino cream from burning.
  6. Drain the gelatin sheets and addthem to the casserole.
  7. Stir well so that they dissolve and integrate into the cream. We keep on the fire a few more minutes.
  8. Remove from the heatand pour the cappuccino cream into the small glasses or bowls that we have chosen to present them.
  9. Trick: Since it is very liquid and to avoid burns I put it in a jar and from there I put it in the little glasses.
  10. It is clean because nothing is spilled and very safe since you avoid burns.
  11. Wait for it to cool down, cover and put in the fridge until it sets. Before serving the cappuccino jelly cups, we decorate with some three chocolate balls. Enjoy your meal!
