Ingredients to make Cantonese Rice:
- 500 grams of Rice
- 250 grams of pork loin
- 1 unit of squid
- 300 grams of Prawns
- 2 units of onion
- 4 units of Egg
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 splash of soy sauce
How to make Cantonese Rice:
- To prepare Cantonese rice, the first step is to make the rice in the traditional way, boiled, with a pinch of salt, then wash well and reserve.
- Apart, fry part of the ingredients separately.
- First julienne the onion until lightly browned, then the loin cut into strips and the same with the prawns and squid. Book separately.
- Use the eggs to make a traditional French omelet, then cut into squares and mix in a bowl with all the ingredients from the previous step.
- Season with a little soy sauce to taste.
- To serve you can use your imagination, I have served the rice on one side and the meat and seafood mix on the side, but you can mix and serve the Cantonese rice all together.
