Cantabrian Skewers Recipe

Ingredients to make Pinchos Del Cantábrico:

  • Bonito en escabeche
  • Mayonnaise
  • Grated lettuce
  • Anchovy
  • Grated egg
  • A slice of bread

How to make Cantabrian Skewers:

First we mix the mayonnaise with pickled tuna and place it on a long slice of bread. Sprinkle finely chopped lettuce over the banderilla. Place an anchovy in oil on top of the banderilla, lengthwise. With the grater, sprinkle a little hard-boiled egg and decorate with a little mound of mayonnaise on top of the anchovies.
