Cannelloni recipe stuffed with corn

Ingredients to make cannelloni stuffed with corn:

  • 70 grams of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of corn or sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 6 Pancakes or Crepes
  • 1 cup of grated cheese

How to make cannelloni stuffed with corn:

Heat a medium deep frying pan and add the butter. When it starts to melt, add the finely chopped onion and make a sauce. After a couple of minutes, add the contents of the two cans and mix everything.

Add the flour and milk and form a creamy preparation. Season well and mix. You can add more milk or flour as you consider necessary. Extend the pancakes, place a portion of filling and close those forming rolls or cannelloni. Once you have assembled all the cannelloni, arrange them in a previously greased oven dish and cover them with plenty of white sauce and grated cheese. Gratinate them in a very hot oven for about 5-10 minutes. Enjoy  cannelloni stuffed with corn and serve this delicacy for dinner or a relaxed weekend meal.
