Ingredients to make Cannelloni:

  1. 500 g. ground beef
  2. 2 clove(s) garlic
  3. 1 pc. egg
  4. 1/4 cup(s) gratin cheese
  5. 1/4 cup(s) parsley
  6. 1/4 cup(s) breadcrumbs
  7. 1 cup(s) spinach
  8. 2 can(s) tomato sauce
  9. 1 pc. crepe recipe for cannelloni and manicotti

How to make Cannelloni:

  • The meat is fried with a little oil.
  • While it cooks, it should be broken into small pieces.
  • Pour the meat into a mixing bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic and mix well.
  • Add the egg, cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs and more salt to taste.
  • Drain the water from the cooked spinach and chop.
  • Add the spinach and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce to the mixture.
  • A little tomato sauce is spread in the bottom of a container.
  • The cannelloni crepes are filled and placed in the container.
  • Between each layer of cannelloni add more tomato sauce and then more on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  • Then the temperature is lowered to the lowest and left for 2 to 3 minutes for the top to brown.
