How to make Canned Peach Pudding:

  • We start by making the dough for our peach cake, for this the first thing will be to beat the sugar and the soft butter until they are integrated into white. When we have it, we begin to incorporate the eggs one by one.
  • Then the yogurt is added and finally the sifted flour together with the baking powder. The result should be a homogeneous and slightly thick mass. Book.
  • On the other hand, we cut the peaches and drain the syrup, and then we use kitchen napkins to remove all the moisture and dry them a bit. Reserve some pieces of fruit in wedges to decorate.
