Ingredients to make Canapés with eggs and mushrooms:

  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 6 slices of sliced ​​bread
  • 4 tablespoons grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Lemon

How to make Canapés with eggs and mushrooms:

Fry the slices of bread in half the butter and with a little oil. Clean and cut the mushrooms into thin slices, sprinkle them with lemon and fry them with the rest of the butter, season.  Add the beaten eggs mixed with the cheese. Stir until the eggs are set. Serve it on the slices of fried bread.
