  • 1 bunch of spinach or fresh lettuce
  • 2 units of Oranges
  • 4 units of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 40 grams of camembert cheese

How to make Camembert Cheese and Eggplant Salad:

Our first step in making the healthy salad recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. Cut the aborigines horizontally and very thin as shown in the photograph. Take a bowl with enough water, until it covers them, and add a little salt. Soak the eggplant for approximately 20 minutes to remove the bitterness that this vegetable contains. Next, heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil, and once hot, add the aborigines. Brown with a little pepper on each side. Remove the aborigines from the heat and reserve. Prepare the cheese and eggplant salad directly on the plates or the salad bowl where you are going to serve it.  To do this, add the spinach leaves, the orange hulls, removing the skin and the white part of it, and the tomato hulls.

Separately, stretch out a slice of aborigine and add a little Camembert cheese in the center, as seen in the photograph. Then, roll the eggplant so that the cheese is in the center, as if it were a roll. Add the eggplant rolls with cheese on top of the salad base and sprinkle some grated almonds on top. Enjoy the camembert cheese and eggplant salad and delight your palate with these truly exquisite flavors.
