Caldo a la jardinera recipe

Ingredients to make Caldo a la jardinera:

  • 6 cups of chicken broth
  • 25 g butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped macaroni
  • 1/2 cup grated white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 3 green beans
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 rib bacon
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Caldo a la jardinera:

1.Chop the parsley and the bacon, slice the carrots, tomatoes, onion. Season the bacon with the onion and butter, add the carrots and cook for 5 min.

2.Add the broth and let it boil and add the vegetables that boil for 30 minutes, then add the macaroni and cook for 15 more minutes and serve with grated cheese.
