Calamari with quinoa recipe

Ingredients to make Calamari with quinoa:

  • 100 grams of Quinoa
  • 2 units of squid
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 grams of Parsley
  • 5 grams of Paprika
  • 1 unit of red tomatoes
  • 30 grams of olive oil
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Calamari with Quinoa:

  1. Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt, cook the quinoafor 10 minutes until it opens completely, strain and reserve.
  3. In a pan with olive oil over medium heat, sauté the squidcut into rings for 5 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic and cook for another minute, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the finely chopped parsley and sauté for a minute, after this time add the white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.
