Ingredients to make Calamaretis alla lyonnaise:
- 1 kg. of calamaretis
- 1 large onion
- 1 potato peeled and cut into thin slices
- 1 bay leaf
- Mill black pepper
- Salt
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- Olive oil
How to make Calamaretti alla lyonnaise:
- Clean the calamaretis and remove the feather.
- Cut the onion into thin slices.
- In a pan, pour a little oil and sauté the onion with the bay leaf.
- When it is transparent, add the calamaretis and a minute later the potatoes.
- Add in white wine and cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Salt, pepper and serve.
