  • 100 grams of butter

  • 4 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 200 grams of cold whipping cream
  • 250 milliliters of Milk
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 70 grams of sugar

  • 50 grams of Sugar (¼ cup)
  • 150 grams of milk chocolate

How to make three chocolate cake with jelly:

  1. Crush the cookies until they are powdered. You can do this step with a food processor or by putting the cookies in a plastic bag to hit with a rolling pin.
  2. Separately, list the three groups of ingredients separately to avoid mixing them.
  3. Prepare the cookie base. To do this, mix the crushed cookies with the slightly melted butter.
  4. Then, distribute this dough over the entire surface of the mold where you will make the three chocolate cake and reserve in the fridge.
  5. You can use digestive type biscuits.
  6. To make the chocolate layersyou must first mix the milk with the sugar and cream in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves completely.
  7. Then, heat over medium heat and add the chopped dark chocolate along with the previously hydrated gelatin sheets.
  8. Cook over medium-low heat until all the ingredients are integrated and it begins to boil. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
