Caipiroska

- 50 milliliters of Vodka
- 25 grams of sugar
- ½ lime
- Ice (cubed or crushed)

- To make this caipiroska cocktail, the first step we have to do is take a short glass, if possible, which is the one typically used to make this type of drink, and introduce the sugar and half a lime sliced into pieces.
- We crush these ingredients well preferably with a wooden mortar so that the lime releases its juice and integrates with the sugar.
- Next, we add a few whole ice cubes or enough crushed ice to the glass and then the vodka.
- With a spiral spoon we raise the limes from the bottom of the glass and we are integrating our caipiroska.
