Ingredients to make Caesar salad and its sauce:
- Romaine lettuce
- A garlic clove
- 7 anchovy fillets
- Oil
- Lemon-juice
- A teaspoon of mustard
- A teaspoon of perils sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
How to make Caesar salad and its sauce:
Place the garlic, anchovy fillets, mustard and Perris sauce in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Then add the lemon juice and blend again. At the end, add the oil little by little until there is a dressing. Fine and grated Parmesan to taste (more or less depending on what we like). The sauce will be done. Arrange the clean lettuce leaves cut into large pieces on each plate.
Add the sauce on top and the croutons (bread cut into pieces and baked until crispy, about 6 or 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius).
If you want to decorate the dish more, you can cut shavings of Parmesan cheese and add them on top of everything. Sauce the lettuce enough to make the dish more palatable.
