Cabbage recipe with mayonnaise

How to make Cabbage with Mayonnaise:

To prepare the cabbage, cut the trunk and separate the leaves. Discard the toughest part in the center of the outermost leaves. Cut everything into strips about a finger wide.

Wash everything very well using a colander and put the cabbage in a pot with boiling water and salt. Use a slotted spoon to completely submerge the cabbage, cover the pot and cook about 30 minutes until tender.

Once the cabbage is cooked, drain it very well and let it rest until it reaches room temperature. The same with the potatoes. Then cover everything with mayonnaise and stir well.
