Butterfly Kid Recipe

Ingredients to make Butterfly Kid:

1. 1 kid (not so small) without head
2. 1 cup of dijon mustard
3. 1 cup of tomato paste
4. 1 bunch of dry oregano (in leaves)
5. 2 heads of garlic
6. 3 sour oranges
7. seasoned salt

How to make Butterfly Kid:

• Prepare a marinade with the ingredients, make a dough with them and rub the kid abundantly; open it like a butterfly, cross a stick of orange or camoruco from each leg to each arm vertically, so that it is open like a paraban and lay it down on the embers of some very hot coals, turning it from time to time until it is completely roasted and golden.
