Butter shrimp recipe

Ingredients to make Butter Shrimp:

  • ½ kilogram of Shrimp
  • 1 bar of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 unit of onion
  • Chicken broth to taste

 How to make Butter Shrimp:

  1. The first thing you should do before starting the butter shrimprecipe is to get the ingredients ready.
  2. To do this, remove the heads of the shrimp, chop the garlic cloves, and peel and cut the onion into slices.
  3. Now, peel the shrimp, wash them and open them in half, giving them the shape of a butterfly and if you have time, also remove the central dark thread they have.
  4. Add the chicken broth to your liking but without exceeding it and reserve them
  5. Next, take a frying pan and heat the butteruntil it is completely melted.
  6. Then add the minced garlic and cook it for a minute or two, then add the onion and prawns and fry all the ingredients together.
  7. To make the butter fried shrimp, cover the pan and let them cook until they turn pink.
  8. Once the pink color is acquired, move them and season them on both sides.
  9. When the onion softens and the shrimp are cooked through, remove from the heat and serve
