Butter Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients to make Garlic Shrimp with Butter:

  • 24 units of jumbo shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon of white pepper
  • ½ tablespoon chopped onion
  • ½ dessert spoon of chopped parsley
  • ½ tablespoon of fine salt
  • ½ tablespoon of Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of Milk (480 milliliters)
  • 1 jet of Oil (for frying)
  • 1 cup of Flour (for frying)
  • 1 cup of lemon juice

 How to make Butter Garlic Shrimp:

  1. First, season the shrimpwith salt, pepper and a little lemon.
  2. Flour well and fry in hot oil, they will be crispy.
  3. Separately, in a saucepan, place the butter over low heat, when it melts, fry the garlic, pepper, onion, paprika.
  4. Once the onion is well cooked, add the flour, fry well, then raise the heat and add the milk, the salt, wrapping well, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. If it thickens, add more milk to taste. And finish with a touch of parsley.
  6. Serve the cream on the plate and decorate it with the shrimp, sprinkle a little more parsley to give life and color to the pink sauce.
