Butifarra Recipe with Mushrooms

Ingredients to make Botifarra with mushrooms:

  1. 1 kilo of sausage
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 bay leaves
  4. 1 bag of mixed mushrooms
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. Salt
  7. Oil
  8. White wine
  9. Pepper

How to make Botifarra with mushrooms:

  • In a casserole with the oil we will put the chopped onion, the bay leaves and the garlic and season it with salt and pepper and brown everything
  • While we cut the sausage into slices
  • Add the sausage to the casserole and leave for a few minutes.
  • Add the wine and the mushrooms, stir everything
  • Add a little water, let it cook until the water reduces.
  • Once reduced it will be ready
