  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of Flour (140 grams)
  • ½ cup of neutral oil
  • ¼ cup of Milk (60 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup of Cocoa powder or Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 grams of chocolate chips
  • 100 grams of Almonds, Walnuts or any other dry fruit
  • ⅓ cup of icing sugar
  • 130 grams of common sugar

How to make Brownie without Butter:

  1. First of all, put the oven to preheat to 180ºC. Separately, mix the eggs with the oil and milk.
  2. Beat everything until integrated and then add the salt and common sugar.
  3. Sift the rest of the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa and baking powder and then gradually add to the liquid mixture.
  4. Once all the ingredients are completely integrated, add 3/4 of the nuts and the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease and flour the mold or directly put waxed paper on the base of it.
  6. Spread all the dough evenly in the mold, you can tap the edges to settle the mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
  8. When the homemade brownie is cold, then you can cut it and decorate it with the icing sugar, the nuts and the previously reserved chocolate chips.
