Brownie Cookies Recipe

Ingredients to make brownie cookies:

  • 120 grams of sugar-free chocolate bar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 grams of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • almonds or walnuts to taste
  • chocolate chips to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • icing sugar (optional)

How to make Brownie Cookies:

  1. To make this recipe in an easy way, start by mixing the butter and chocolate, you can do it in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 30 seconds until they melt well and you can mix them completely.
  2. It is recommended to use dark chocolate, since milk chocolate could make the cookie too sweet.
  3. In a container, mix the egg, sugar and a pinch of salt, do it with the help of a balloon whisk or with an electric mixer.
  4. When you have ready the egg mixture with the sugar and salt, add the chocolate with the butter and mix very well until everything is integrated.
  5. Next, sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder, add it to the bowl with the chocolate, and mix again.
  6. To finish the cookie mixture, add the chocolate chips, chopped walnuts or almonds to taste, and half a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  7. Mix one last time, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
