This is a very personal recipe. I loved this dessert very much and prepared it for several occasions, that’s why I shares it in this article. But not recommend these Strawberry Marshmallow Brownie Skewers to people with diabetes because it’s such a sweet easy dessert.

Ingredients to make Skewers of brownies and strawberries:
- For the brownies:
- 1 cup of Sugar (200 grams)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup all-purpose wheat flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablet of SAVOY® Milk Chocolate (130 g)
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 eggs
- For the chocolate reduction:
- 1 can of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
- ½ tablet of SAVOY® Milk Chocolate
- 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
- ½ cup of powdered sugar (70 grams)
- 24 skewer sticks
- 24 medium marshmallows or marshmallows
- 24 medium strawberries
How to make Strawberry Brownie Skewers:
- The first step to make this recipe for brownie and strawberry skewers is to prepare the brownies.
- To do this, preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 20 x 20 cm square pan with butter and flour.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoaIn a saucepan, melt the butter with the SAVOY® Milk Chocolate.
- Pour it into the previous mixture along with the eggs and beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Put the chocolate brownie batter in the mold and bake them for 25 minutesor until the center is cooked, but they should not be dry. Let them rest and cool so you can cut them and get 24 squares.
- Assemble the skewerson bamboo sticks by placing a brownie, a marshmallow and a strawberry.
- To prepare the chocolate reduction,place the water and icing or powdered sugar with the SAVOY® milk chocolate and the NESTLÉ® milk cream in a saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly until the sauce is completely dissolved.
- Lower the heat to medium and cook the chocolate reduction until reduced by half.
- Remove it from the heat and let it rest. Serve the reduction hot or cold with the skewers of brownies and strawberrieswith marshmallows.
