Ingredients to make Broccoli Soup:
- 1 package of frozen or fresh broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 100 grams of peas
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 vegetable stock cube (optional)
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Broccoli Soup:
We wash and chop the leek to start preparing the ingredients for the broccoli soup. Put a splash of oil in a saucepan, add the leek and let it poach a little.
Wash and cut the broccoli. We do the same with the rest of the vegetables, so we cut them into small pieces. Then, we add all the vegetables to the pot in which we have the leek to continue with the broccoli soup recipe.
We cover the vegetables with water. When it starts to boil, add the stock cubes and a little pepper if you like, and let the soup cook until the vegetables are tender.
