- 1 unit of Broccoli
- 200 grams of Quinoa
- 8 units of cherry tomato
- 1 pinch of salt

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white sugar
- 1 handful of fresh Cilantro
How to make Broccoli Salad with Quinoa and Lime:
- We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the broccoli salad with quinoa and lime.
- First of all, we prepare the dressing by mixing 2 teaspoons of lime juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of soft sugar and a tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and let them marinate in the dressing that we have previously prepared, either whole or cut in half.
- Cook the broccoli in abundant boiling water with a little salt for approximately 12 minutes. We drain and reserve.
- On the other hand, we cook the quinoa in water with a little salt, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain and reserve until it cools down a bit.
- Mix the quinoa with the broccoli, add a pinch of salt if necessary and add the cherry tomatoes with the dressing.
- Mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated.
