Broccoli Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients to make Broccoli Ravioli:

  1. 400 grams Flour for noodles
  2. 4 eggs

Filling:

  1. 1 package Broccoli
  2. 50 grams Cooked Ham
  3. 50 grams Cheese (to your liking)
  4. Breadcrumbs sufficient amount.

How to make Broccoli Ravioli:

  • Prepare the dough as usual for egg noodles.
  • Blanch the broccoli English style (in boiling water for one to two minutes and cool in an inverted water bath)
  • Process the ingredients for the filling, adding breadcrumbs until obtaining a mixture with little moisture.
  • Roll out the dough to the desired thickness; fill using a pastry spatula, cut with a ravioli mold.
  • Sprinkle the ravioli with semolina, cornmeal or breadcrumbs (to prevent them from sticking to each other).
  • Boil until desired cooking and serve with tomato sauce to your liking.
