Broccoli and Red Onion Salad Recipe

Basically based on a broccoli salad, I offer you an invention that I made with the ingredients I had and without the use of salt. When I tried it I couldn’t believe how good it had been, and I offer it to you so you can try it and enjoy a healthy salt-free salad, what do you think?

Ingredients to make Broccoli and Red Onion Salad:

  • 1 handful of broccoli stems
  • ½ avocado unit
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • ½ unit of red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 unit of lean ambo cheese
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make Broccoli and Red Onion Salad:

Boil some broccoli stems for 3 minutes, remove and let cool. Cut a clove of garlic into slices and the red onion into feathers.

We take a plate and mix the avocado with the grated ginger. Add the chopped garlic and onion and sprinkle with lemon.

To continue with the healthy salad, add the chopped broccoli on top, some strips of lean ambo cheese without salt, olive oil to taste and mix. We can also incorporate some red fruit, tomato or even dried fruit. Let’s see what you think, I loved it!
