  • 1 spring onion
  • 8 tender garlic
  • 150 grams of pancetta
  • 200 grams of blood sausage or black sausage
  • 450 grams of beans
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil

How to make Broad Beans Catalan Style:

1 In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and brown the diced bacon for 3 minutes. Season it to taste.

2 Once the bacon is golden, add the onion and the minced garlic cloves. Cook everything for 4 or 5 minutes.
