Bresaola Recipe with Paprika

Ingredients to make Bresaola with paprika:

  1. 100 grams of Bresaola
  2. ½ unit of smoked paprika
  3. 50 grams of Capers

How to make Bresaola with paprika:

  • Prepare all the ingredients for the elaboration of this antipasto recipe.
  • Cut the bresaola (dried meat) into thin slices.
  • Bake the paprikaat 200°C until it’s burnt. Then, remove the skin, the seeds and cut it into thin strips.
  • Arrange the strips of paprika and the washed capers on top of the bresaola. Roll carefullyto prevent the filling from spilling out.
  • Serve the bresaola with paprika and enjoy this antipasto dish.
