Bream with mash recipe

Ingredients to make Dorada with mash:

  • 1 sea bream of 1400 gr
  • 1 onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 50 gr. of green olives
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Parsley
  • oil
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 lemon

How to make Dorada with mash:

  1. Clean the sea bream, season it with salt, make some cuts in the back and put some lemon slices.
  2. Fry the onion cut into thin slices. When they are transparent add the pressed tomato.
  3. Let it cook; add salt and pepper, the chopped olives, the chopped parsley and the wine.
  4. When it comes to a boil, transfer this sauce to a sea bass, place the sea bream on top and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare a mashed potato with the potatoes cooked, mashed or passed through a potato mill, a little butter, salt and a little milk.
  6. Garnish the sea bream with the mashed potato and some roasted tomatoes.
